At Access Denied, we want to ensure your streetwear fits your lifestyle perfectly; if you are not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Refund

After our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
